Systems Integration
We connect your business platforms so data flows automatically instead of being manually re-entered across systems.
The problem we solve
Your CRM says one thing. Your ERP says another. Your project management tool has a third version of the truth. Someone on your operations team spends two hours every morning copying data between systems because they "just got used to it." This is the kind of thing that costs companies real money, but it happens so gradually that nobody flags it as a problem worth solving.
We connect your systems so data moves where it needs to go, automatically, accurately, and without someone babysitting a spreadsheet.
How we approach it
We start by mapping your data flows. Where does information originate? Where does it need to end up? What transformations happen along the way? We document the current state, including all the manual handoffs and workarounds, before we design anything.
Then we build the integrations. We work with APIs, middleware platforms, and native connectors depending on what makes the most sense for your stack. We prioritize reliability and maintainability over cleverness. An integration that breaks every time one system updates isn't worth building.
Common integration scenarios
- NetSuite to CRM: keeping customer records, orders, and invoices synchronized
- ERP to warehouse or inventory management: real-time stock levels across systems
- Marketing platforms to CRM: lead capture and attribution without manual imports
- HR systems to Google Workspace: automated provisioning and deprovisioning
- Financial systems to reporting: consolidated dashboards that update without manual exports
What you get
Working integrations with documentation. We build monitoring and alerting so you know immediately if something fails instead of discovering it three days later. We also train your team on how the integrations work so they're not dependent on us for ongoing maintenance. If you want ongoing management, we offer that too, but we don't build lock-in by design.
Who this is for
Companies running three or more business-critical applications that should share data but don't. We see this most often in companies that adopted their tools one at a time over several years without a central integration strategy. Automotive companies with complex supply chain data, SaaS companies with billing-to-ERP gaps, and professional services firms with disconnected project and financial tracking are all common starting points.
