Staff Training
We get your teams actually using their tools effectively, not just having them installed.
The problem we solve
You rolled out new software six months ago. Your vendor did a one-hour webinar. Half the team attended. The other half watched the recording at 2x speed. Now most people are using maybe 20% of the features, and a handful have gone back to their old spreadsheets because "it's faster."
This isn't a people problem. It's a training problem. Generic vendor training teaches features. We teach workflows. There's a big difference between knowing that a button exists and knowing when and why to press it in the context of your actual job.
How our training works
We don't show up with a slide deck and lecture for three hours. We start by observing how your team currently works. We sit with the people who will use the tools and watch where they get stuck, where they take shortcuts, and where they've built workarounds that are actually solving a real gap in the software.
Then we build training around their specific workflows. Not "here's how to create a pivot table" but "here's how to pull your weekly sales report in two minutes instead of forty-five." The examples come from their data, their processes, and their job responsibilities.
What we train on
- Google Workspace: Drive organization, Docs/Sheets collaboration, Gmail efficiency, Calendar management, and admin basics for team leads
- ERP systems: NetSuite and similar platforms, focused on the specific modules and workflows each role touches
- Reporting tools: building and reading dashboards, creating saved searches, scheduled reports
- Collaboration platforms: project management tools, communication norms, meeting practices
- Security awareness: phishing recognition, password management, device security basics
Formats that stick
We offer live sessions (in-person or remote), recorded walkthroughs tied to your environment, and written quick-reference guides. Most teams benefit from a combination. The live session builds understanding. The recordings serve as refreshers. The quick-reference guides live bookmarked in their browser for the moments when they forget a step three weeks later.
We also offer follow-up sessions. One training isn't enough to change habits. A 30-minute check-in two weeks after the initial session catches the questions that people didn't know to ask on day one.
Who this is for
Companies that have invested in technology but aren't seeing the productivity gains they expected. Teams going through a software migration or a major process change. Organizations onboarding new hires frequently and need a repeatable training program instead of ad-hoc knowledge transfer from whoever happens to be available.

Paying for tools your team barely uses?
We design training around your actual workflows, not generic tutorials. Your team walks away knowing exactly what to do and why.
